Simply follow the instructions within the email, and finish this step. Don't worry, it's not meta-physics or anything too complicated. If you did not receive an email, then you probably filled the information wrong, or the email might not have been sent. Give it somewhere between 42 seconds to 9000 seconds to complete (should be instantaneous though).
